On the 23rd and 24th of April 2025, the Harvard University He celebrated two neurosurgical events. On the 23rd, the «Yasargil Academy of Microsurgery» meeting was held, of which Dr. Arráez is a member. His participation as an invited speaker focused on the surgical treatment of lesions in the third ventricle and the sellar region.

The following day, also as a guest speaker, he participated in the conferences on global NEUROSURGERY and humanitarian aid. These sessions were held at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate, a venue of extraordinary repute in the life of Boston, with an attendance of over 300 neurosurgeons. Dr. Arráez's presentation focused on humanitarian aid.

We must remember that Dr Miguel Ángel Arraez presided over the founding of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS) during the period 2015-2021. The event organisers referenced Doctor Arraez's work in the field of international humanitarian neurosurgery.
