On the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the illustrious Official College of Physicians of Melilla, on April 16, 2026, Dr. Arráez gave a lecture titled Neurosurgery in the 21st Century. At the College of Physicians' headquarters, he provided an overview of the specialty, from its origins to the current sophisticated state of intraoperative means. The event was organized by Dr. Justo Sánchez Miña, president of the aforementioned college, and Dr. Arráez was introduced by the head of the Neurosurgery Unit of Melilla, Dr. Abdelmalik El Barkani.
