At the College of Physicians' headquarters, he took a journey through this specialty from its origins to the current sophisticated state of intraoperative methods. The organiser was Dr Justo S\u00e1nchez Mi\u00f1a, president of the aforementioned college, and Dr Arr\u00e1ez was introduced by the head of the Neurosurgery Unit of Melilla, Dr Abdelmalik El Barkani. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the conference, a lively debate was established regarding the present and future of the specialty.
