From May 7 to 10, 2025, the city of Rome hosted the 64th congress of the Society of Hospital Neurology. During the event, multiple aspects related to neuroscience and neurology were discussed.
Dr. Arráez was invited to participate in a panel discussion on the training of new generations of neurosurgeons, with his lecture focusing on learning techniques for complex skull base surgery, which requires a deep knowledge of neuroanatomy. In the panel discussion, Dr. Arráez shared his experience and expertise alongside other prominent neurosurgeons, such as Dr. Luciano Mastronardi from Rome and Dr. Luc De Waele from Belgium. The discussion focused on best practices for teaching and learning the complex surgical techniques necessary for skull base surgery. The annual meeting in Rome of the Italian Society of Neurosciences was a successful event that brought together experts in neuroscience and neurology to discuss relevant topics and share knowledge.
